2004 Spending Review: efficiency progress to December 2007
A full breakdown, by department, of progress towards the 2004 Spending Review efficiency targets was first published on the Office of Government Commerce website shortly after Budget 2007. In April 2007 overall responsibility for delivery of the Efficiency Programme transferred to HM Treasury. This report provides the breakdown, by department, of progress reported to end December 2007 and announced in Budget 2008.
