HM Treasury – staff surveys

Summary of staff survey results 2007

HM Treasury has conducted its 6th annual staff survey. The survey covers all aspects of working at the Treasury - e.g. leadership, learning and development and culture. The survey results are used by HM Treasury to identify our performance as an organisation and to implement actions, where required, to address any problems highlighted.

The surveys are available below in in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer you can download the software free of charge from the Adobe website. Senior Civil Service survey 2006

The SCS Survey 2006 was carried out in October 2006. This survey seeks the views of members of the SCS across government, and was managed centrally by the Cabinet Office.

The aim of the survey is to find out what senior leaders in the Civil Service think about:

  • leadership in the Senior Civil Service.
  • working in the Senior Civil Service.
  • what improvements need to be made.

The results of this survey provide a measure of progress since the 2004 SCS survey and will inform future strategy both corporately and within departments.

More information including the SCS overall highlights report is available on the Cabinet Office website.
