Public service performance - supporting documents 

The table below provides links to the latest versions of the key documents relating to performance published by each department. Details of departments' progress towards their Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets can be found on the  public services performance  pages on this site.

• Public Service Agreements (PSAs) set out each department's aim, objectives and key outcome-based targets. They form an integral part of the spending plans set out in Spending Reviews.
• Technical Notes set out how performance against each of the PSA targets will be measured.
• Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) set out some of the key steps departments take to deliver their PSA targets.
• Progress against PSA targets is reported every spring in Departmental Reports. Autumn Performance Reports provide an update of departments' performance against their PSA targets.
• Departmental Investment Strategies (DISs) set out each department’s plans to deliver the scale and quality of capital stock needed to underpin its objectives.
