Banking Services Consumer Codes Review Group

The Codes Review Group conducted an independent review into self-regulatory codes of practice in the banking services industry. It was set up by the Government in November 2000, and was chaired by DeAnne Julius. The group's report, "Cracking the Code for Banking Customers" was published on 9th July 2001 and can be found below.
