Modernising the settlement of Money Market Instruments: Consultation
This consultation paper seeks views on new draft changes to be made to the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001 to permit the evidencing and transfer of title of dematerialised equivalents of Money Market Instruments through the CREST system.
