A20 Dover Priority Works
The Project
The Highways Agency has completed improvement works on the A20 between Western Heights Roundabout and Eastern Docks Roundabout in Kent.
The work involved replacing existing signs to provide better signage to the Eastern Docks, Hoverport Terminal and Freight Clearance Facility.
Road markings on five roundabouts on the A20 at this location have also been improved by installing new spiral road markings to improve lane discipline and new "Keep Clear" road markings have been be installed on three roundabouts to help prevent grid-lock during times of heavy traffic.
