The Project
Essential work to reduce the surface noise and replace the road markings and studs on A1 northbound near Newark-on-Trent, was completed on 17 March 2010.
Traffic Management
In order to minimise disruption to road users, all work was done between 8pm and 6am, when traffic flows were lightest.
Diversions
All closures and diversions been lifted.
