The Project
We carried out essential maintenance works on Lower Dean and Dean Burn bridges and also at the Whitecleave and Mardle viaducts. Operations included works to bridge parapets, bridge joints and safety barrier replacement.
We also took the opportunity to carry out horticultural works, trimming trees and cutting back vegetation.
The works started on 14 February and were completed by Easter 2010.
