M3 J4a-5 Major Maintenance
M3 J4a-5 Major Maintenance
Major and essential maintenance work to the northbound and southbound carriageways of the M3, between junctions 4a and 5, has now been completed.
The scheme involved carriageway resurfacing, drainage works, central reserve hardening and the installation of new road signs and road markings.
Work on the 3.6km (2.2m) stretch of motorway begain in late Decemeber 2009 and was completed in late March 2010.
