The Project
This section of the A38 between Exeter & Plymouth was first constructed in 1976. The westbound carriageway in this location had shown signs of fatigue and required replacement, and has been resurfaced with low noise material. The opportunity was also taken to improve the safety barrier, drainage and the road signs.
