A20 New Dover Road Lay-By Improvements
The Project
Work to upgrade existing lay-bys on the the A20 near Dover started in October 2009 and were completed before Christmas 2009.
Lay-by's at Capel le Ferne, New Dover Road, Folkestone Road and Church Hill have been slightly lengthened to give vehicles more room to both turn into and leave the lay-by to rejoin the carriageway.
