M3 Mapledurwell Junction 5-6 Major Maintenance
The Project
Essential maintenance work to the southbound carriageway of the M3, between Junctions 5 and 6 is now complete. Work started in July and was completed mid October.
Work to extend the life of the carriageway involved resurfacing, drainage works, central reserve hardening and the installation of new road signs and road markings, providing a durable and reliable road surface for the future.
