A38(M) Aston Expressway Resurfacing and Carriageway Repairs
The Project
Works started 23rd February and was completed on 27 march 2009. We resurfaced and repaired 100 metres of all lanes on the A38(M) into and out of city just prior to M6 Junction 6, Birmingham.
This work was necessary to prevent emergency maintenance work in the future which would have a far greater impact on the network. There will be an environmental benefit by the replacement of the current surface with a quieter road surface.
