What was the scheme?

The project involved removal of the existing anti-skid surfacing and carriageway markings within a section of the exit slip road, re-application of new anti-skid high friction surfacing from the stop line at the roundabout to where new lane markings now is , then the introduction of new lane markings to maximise traffic flows on the slip road and ease congestion on the main M25 carriageway.  The work also included the installation of new lane destination signs.

What is the work being carried out on the clockwise entry slip road at Junction 10?

A separate project to install ramp metering signals is being carried out at the same time as the anticlockwise exit slip road improvement works.
