The Project
The works consisted of over-night resurfacing to both northbound and southbound carraigeways, together with reinstatement of white lining and roadstuds.
In addition, three emergency crossing points were installed in the central reserve safety fencing together with associated turning areas at the rear of the hardshoulder adjacent to each crossing point.
The works commenced on Monday 13 October 2008 and were completed on 30 January 2009.
