The Project
We have now installed new acoustic barriers along both sides of the M3 between Junctions 3 and 4 (between the A325 Portsmouth Road roundabout and the existing privately-owned acoustic barrier south of the B3015 Maultway overbridge), near Frimley, Surrey.
Vegetation clearance and drainage work, in preparation for the construction work, began in late February. Construction of the barriers themselves began in March, and was completed in August 2008.
