EXEMPTION FROM THE OBLIGATION TO OFFER BACK TO FORMER OWNERS OR THEIR SUCCESSORS IN TITLE

The Highways Agency wishes to inform the successors in title to W P Bucknall Deceased that a section of grass verge known as Land Adjoining the A12, Springfield Road , Chelmsford, Essex is not being offered back to them under the Crichel Down rules. This is on the basis that we consider the land has materially changed in character and under Rule 10 of the rules our requirement to offer back does not apply. 

This notification will remain on our website for a period of 2 months during which time the land will be sold. Any queries regarding this matter should be addressed to:
