EXEMPTION FROM THE OBLIGATION TO OFFER BACK TO FORMER OWNERS OR SUCCESSORS

The Highways Agency wishes to inform the former owners of the land at Rose Tissues, Hollinwood that the land will not be offered back. The land has been deemed to have been materially changed in character (rule 10), in that "the undertaking of substantial works to an existing building, the demolition of a building or the installation of underground infrastructure or services to a site".

This notification will remain on our website for a maximum period of 2 months, after which time the land will be sold. Any correspondence regarding this matter should be addressed to:
