Don't Cross or Walk Along Motorways
The Highways Agency aims to make more people aware of the dangers of walking or crossing our motorway. We have launched a poster and radio campaign aimed at 16-25yr olds. Hopefully with our hard hitting posters, our message will come across.

ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) Radar International
Welcome to ITS Radar International

About ITS Radar International
The ITS Radar International project provides an intelligence service for the Highways Agency (HA) on ITS developments in Europe and around the world. It summarises key information for decision-makers and practitioners on activities related to Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and covers specific areas of key interest to the HA. This is carried out by TRL and AECOM on behalf of the HA.
The service provides:
- Regular electronic newsletters to subscribers (nominated by the Highways Agency) covering information in the public domain.
- Ad hoc Fact Sheets and Intelligence Reports on topical issues - subscribers are invited to submit suggestions for future reports.
- Articles, Fact Sheets and other documents posted on the ITS Radar International project web site. This web site combines the information previously held on the EU Watch and ITS Radar sites.
- A 'Help Desk' offering subscribers the opportunity to ask the project team to carry out brief investigations or to answer queries related to ITS.
