This plan sets out how we will help our customers with their journeys on the Strategic Road Network in 2007-08. It sets out our targets and related budgets for 2007-08 and what we need to deliver to achieve them. We aim to give our customers and stakeholders a clear sense of our vision and purpose over the next year, and an indication of our longer term aspirations.
