Objective
To persuade the military regime to enter into a genuine process of national reconciliation and respect human rights and democracy.
Lift Criteria
In the event of substantial improvement in the overall political situation in Burma (i.e..Transition to democracy complete) suspension and gradual resumption of co-operation with Burma will be considered.
