Purpose

ECGD’s Management Board (MB) is responsible for advising and supporting the Chief Executive, as Accounting Officer, in respect of the governance of ECGD. It consists of a Non-Executive Chairman, four independent Non-Executive Directors and five members of the Executive Committee of ECGD.
