Targets and priorities are to be found in the Annual Review and Resource Accounts, particularly in the Departmental Expenditure Report, incorporating ECGD’s Aim and Objectives and Service Delivery Agreement targets; within the Customer Charter; and within the Sustainable Development Acton Plan.
