Export Credits Guarantee Department (ECGD) - Publication Scheme

This document is ECGD’s Publication Scheme made pursuant to section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”). It is valid from 1 January 2009. Its purpose is to set out information in relation to ECGD, publication of which is not prevented by the Act, and which can therefore be made routinely available. Considerable amounts of information can be accessed through the links below; in many cases the information available will render a request under the Act unnecessary.    

This Publication Scheme specifies the classes of information which ECGD offers for publication or in the case of periodical documents, will offer, when the period to which they relate has elapsed. It also specifies the manner in which each class of documents or document is or will be published. All the material will be available free of charge.
