EXPORT GUARANTEES ADVISORY COUNCIL (EGAC)

The Export Guarantees Advisory Council is a statutory body that advises the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on matters relating to the exercise of his powers under the Export and Investment Guarantees Act 1991 (as amended by the Industry and Exports (Financial Support) Act 2009).
