Commercial Interest Reference Rates (CIRRs)

This page tells you how to find the Commercial Interest Reference Rates (CIRRs) from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the Export Credits Guarantee Department’s (ECGD) website.

The Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits (known as the OECD Arrangement) stipulates the minimum interest rates that may be applied to official financing support for export credits.

Commercial Interest Reference Rates (CIRRs) have been established for each currency of Participants to the Arrangement. They are set on the 15th of each month and are valid for a month.

Go to the OECD website, which you can find on the right hand side of this page, to find the latest CIRRs.
