Facilitator role

Both e-learning packages are designed to be self-study. However, it is recommended that a dedicated training coordinator/facilitator is available to support the trainee(s) and answer any technical or procedural questions raised.

Any local procedures that are to be adopted by your LA (such as where guidance will be located, how test checks will be performed, what the ETD process will be) should be conveyed to trainees.

E-Learning - Version 4

There are two presentations to choose from for LA staff on the use of CIS. The first presentation is for staff who will be accessing CIS to view customer information and/or produce ETDs. It should take approximately 3 hours to complete. The second presentation is for LA staff who will perform the Secure Print Officer (SPO) role. It should take 90 minutes to complete.

Completion of the evaluation section within the DWP e-learning (section 2) is optional.
