Calendar of national events

DCS has a programme of local, regional and national events. These events allow us to:

• meet our customers to provide advice and information about our benefits
• liaise with customer representatives and advisers to update them on what is happening within DCS and to advise them about disability benefits
• listen and respond to feedback to improve our service.
