Investors in People

'Investors in People' (IIP) is the national Standard that sets a level of good practice for the training and development of people.

The Standard is widely recognised as a respected badge of quality and is used by many successful companies to harness training and development to meet their business goals.

Research among employers and organisations who use the 'Investors in People' Standard has shown that:

  • 80% have increased customer satisfaction
  • 70% have improved their competitive edge and productivity

94% of employees are satisfied in their jobs, against 37% in businesses lacking the Standard
