    The Future of Corporate Learning

People are the key to success in the knowledge economy and to thrive in it businesses need to recruit and retain highly skilled people.

The purpose of this publication, produced in partnership with Department for Education and Employment, the Campaign for Learning and the Further Education Development Agency, is to stimulate debate about the opportunities for corporate learning. It outlines the business case for corporate learning, the emergence of the corporate university, recent Government initiatives and includes case studies which reflect how some companies are seeking to meet their learning needs.
