Postal
Services Commission (Register) Order 2001 [S.I.2001/620]
This Order specifies the hours during which the register maintained by the
Postal Services Commission under section 38 of the Postal Services Act 2000 is
to be kept open for public inspection - essentially between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm
every day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day
which is a bank holiday in England.
The
register contains details of each licence issued by the Commission together with
information associated with each licence, as required by section 38.
