Services Act 2000 (Disclosure of Information) Order 2001 [S.I.2001/3617]
This Order modifies paragraph 3 of Schedule 7 to the Postal Services Act 2000 to take into account legislation that was passed during the same session as the Postal Services Act 2000. Paragraph 3 of Schedule 7 identifies various situations in which disclosure of information that has been obtained under the 2000 Act is permitted. This creates exceptions to the general prohibitions of disclosure of information relating to the affairs of an individual or business provided for in paragraph 1 of Schedule 7.
