Consultation
The UK Government launched a consultation on
the proposals in March 2004. It sought views from interested
parties to inform the UK Government position for the forthcoming
negotiations. The consultation document
(1.46mb) also included a partial Regulatory Impact
Assessment
(958 kb). The consultation period ended on
30 June 2004.
