The Export Control Organisation held its first two SPIRE demonstration sessions on 18th July. These were very well attended and, from the feedback we have received, seem to have helped attendees understand better the changes we are making with the introduction of SPIRE on September 3rd 2007. There are still plenty of places available for the demonstrations on 2nd and 8th of August. To book places on these sessions please contact Denise Carter at denise.carter@berr.gsi.gov.uk or 020 7219 4459.
There have been a number of questions about what people should do with current paper licences once SPIRE goes live. A Frequently Asked Question has been added that addresses this question. The link below will take you to this FAQ.
