The Export of Radioactive Sources (Control) Order 2006: Guidance, Licence application forms, Regulatory Impact Assessment etc

On 1st October 2006 the Department of Trade and Industry introduced an Order under the Export Control Act 2002, to control exports of certain high-activity radioactive sources as defined under the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Code of Conduct on the Safety and Security of Radioactive Sources 

ECO has  produced the following documents to reflect the coming change:
