Radioactive sources
The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) introduced an Order in October 2006 to control exports of certain high-activity radioactive sources as defined under the International Atomic Energy Agency Code of Conduct on the Safety and Security of Radioactive Sources.  ECO has now produced guidance, licence application forms, a regulatory impact assessment etc to reflect this change.  Please click on the bottom link in the right hand column for more information.
