Dual-Use List: Council Regulation 394/2006, 12 April 2006

An amendment to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2000 (the Principal Regulation), on the control of exports of dual-use items and technology, was adopted on 27 February 2006. The relevant amendment is:

  • Council Regulation (EC) No 394/2006 of 27 February 2006  (OJ, L74, 13.3.2006, p 1).

The amending Regulation, which is directly applicable in all Member States, will come into force on 12 April 2006, the 30th day following its publication in the Official Journal. 

It makes a number of changes to Annex I and IV which takes into account changes resulting from the review of the following:

  • Wassenaar Arrangement Dual-Use List,
  • Missile Technology Control Regime Technical Annexes of 2004 and 2005,
  • Australia Group Control Lists of 2005 and
  • Nuclear Supplier Group Control Lists of 2005. 

The principal changes occur in the following control entries.  Please note that this list in not inclusive of all changes.
