Review
The Government published a consultation document seeking views on
its proposals for reform of the Act. The Government
response (180Kb)
[Welsh version (165Kb)]
to this consultation is now available. It also published draft
regulations (57Kb)
to prohibit blacklisting of trade unionists.
Background
The Act is based on the measures proposed in the White Paper Fairness at Work (Cm 3968).
