UK Energy Sector Indicators 2005
UK Energy Sector Indicators 2005 is a supplement to the
Second Annual Report on the Energy White Paper. It provides a set of detailed indicators to monitor annual progress towards the policy goals and is structured into three sections:
- Key Indicators
- Supporting Indicators
- Background Indicators
The 28 Supporting indicators explain in detail the trends shown by the Key Indictors and the progress to date described in the 2005
Annual Report on the Energy White Paper. The background indicators and tables are grouped under 12 headings. They are designed to show the extent to which secure, diverse and sustainable supplies of energy to UK businesses and consumers, at competitive prices, are ensured.
