Peer Review on the methodology for calculating Fuel Poverty figures for England

In 2004, the Governnment instigated a Peer Review (see 'Related Documents') to independently assess the methodology by which fuel poverty figures are calculated. The review was conducted by Tom Sefton of London School of Economics' Centre for the Analysis of Social Exclusion (CASE), and Professor John Chessire.

A consultation process informed the Peer Review, and ran from April to July 2004.
