Consultations

The table below summarises the formal consultation exercises that are expected during implementation of the new Act, with provisional dates.

Consultations on various aspects of The Act will be published by this Department (now BERR, was DTI), the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the new Ministry of Justice (MoJ). As they become available, links to the consultation documents will be added here.
