This report produced by the KPI Working Group sets out a
comprehensive framework that construction enterprises can use to measure
their performance against the rest of the industry, and has been designed to
be used by organisations, large or small, specialist or supplier, designers
or constructors.

Design Quality
Indicator |
|
The first Design Quality Indicator
(DQI) was
launched on the 8th July 2002. The DQI is a new and unique method
of assessing the quality of buildings and can be used by anybody involved in
the production of the built environment. The DQI measures the degree of
excellence of a facility in relation to its build quality, functionality and

National Construction Benchmarking Forum
(NCBF) |
|
The NCBF meets 3 times a year and is the
forum at which all those with an interest in performance measurement and
benchmarking present their work and share their ideas. The aim of the NCBF is to
“maximise communication to avoid duplication” and to encourage
working together to share best practice and avoid the burden that
duplication may place upon the construction industry and its clients.
