Kyoto Protocol targets

The table below shows the required greenhouse gas emission reductions from 1990 emissions levels, by country, where 100 is an emissions level the same as in 1990.

Note, the actual emissions reductions required may be larger than this, as for most countries economic development would result in an increase from 1990 levels, rather than levels remaining static.
