The Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform is responsible for three Executive Agencies and (jointly with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office) for UK Trade & Investment.

This scheme embodies the sub-schemes and the specific commitments we make with regard to our Executive Agencies and UK Trade & Investment.

Individual sub-schemes are available on the websites of the following Executive Agencies:

Responsibility for the Employment Tribunals Service was transferred to the Department for Constitutional Affairs on 01 April 2006.
