The Office of Civil Society has released the Giving consultation paper, which sets out some thinking about how to increase the giving of time and money in our society. DSC argues that this is an important area of work, and we need to ignore the politics for a moment, set aside the whole debate about cuts and consider the Government’s message on its own merits.
