Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) continues to work closely with the Further Education sector to coordinate the development of a one year Implementation Plan, a companion document to the first Workforce Strategy for the Further Education sector in England
Both the Strategy and the Implementation Plan are intended to act as resources to support individual employers' strategic workforce planning.
Their intention is to guide the recruitment and retention of a responsive workforce that can meet the challenges and requirements of learners and employers focusing on upgrading skills, improving employability and ensuring equality and diversity is at the heart of it all.
