Learning and Skills Improvement Service

The Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) aims to develop excellent and sustainable further education and skills provision across the sector

It was established by the Learning And Skills Act 2000. It was formed from the Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL) and the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA).
