Questions and answers for employers
The new adult Skills Funding Agency will underpin the move to a flexible and responsive demand-led system and facilitate delivery of our 2020 skills ambitions. With the transfer in April 2010 approaching, DIUS has produced a question and answer booklet for those employers who will benefit from the improved system when it comes into being in England next year.
Employer Reference Group
The Employer Reference Group is a bi-monthly meeting of employers and their representative groups set up to ensure that the Skills Funding Agency is designed and created with an employer voice at its heart. Employer involvement is vital in ensuring that the Agency meets their needs.
