Please provide details to me of the following:
- The job titles of all employees of your Department with salaries on or over £100,000 per annum in post on 1 April 2008 and their contract status, eg. Senior Civil Servants, Special Advisers, etc.
- Where these employees work part time or part of the year, could I please have the full time equivalent salary for a whole year.
Response
On 1 April 2008, 8 staff were in receipt of an annual salary of £100,000 or more. Six are members of the Senior Civil Service and are permanent staff. Two are on contracts on fixed term appointments. All are full time. Job titles follow the standard SCS terminology of Director General and Director.
Disclosing actual job titles would breach s.40 - Personal Information, of the Data Protection Act thus they have not been supplied.
