Labour Relations Agency

The Labour Relations Agency is a non-departmental public body with responsibility for promoting the improvement of employment relations in Northern Ireland. It provides advice and assistance for workers, employers, employers' associations, trade unions and other organisations or individuals on matters relating to employment practices and employment relations. It provides assistance with the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures and works to resolve disputes through its conciliation, mediation and arbitration services.
